Rebecca Pourmand , Director
Rebecca Pourmand is a founding Director, Service Manager.She has a NDIS Quality Safeguard Commission Auditor Certification, Certi IV in Training and Assessment, Certi Quality Management System Auditor/ Lead Auditor ISO 9001, Certi III and IV in Education Support, Auslan 1 Sign Language with 17 years strong history working within the disability sector and personal experience with direct care in her own home living with a person with autism who has been welcomed as part of her family.
HunJoong An , Director
HunJoong is a founding Director- Operation Manager, member of the DESS Team. He has a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Administration, Financial Management. Membership of Institute of Public Accountants, Certificate 3 in individual support and Certificate 4 in disability. He has extensive experience in accounting finance and audit as well as a strong background in business planning and management for 22 years.
Nader Pourmand , Advisory Board
Nader is a participant focused and passionate industry advisor for DESS with decades of experience in logistics, distribution and marketing. Over the past 5 years, he has made outstanding achievements across a wide range of support services within the disability sector. Nader has exceptional disability sector experience and knowledge, particularly working with people who present with challenging behaviour providing support and mentorship for workers and participants.
